Return Policy

Our return policy is created to the customer˛└┘s needs! You can make a return or exchange within 14 days of the receipt of your purchase. Returned items must be in New and Unused condition and include all the paper work and security tag intact. Refunds will be made in the same manner as the original payment.

Should you have received a damaged item, please contact our Customer Service as soon as you discover the defect. Do not accept packages showing extensive damage. If the item(s) was damaged during shipping, all insurance claims will be processed through the carrier.

You must acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number from our company before returning or exchanging the merchandise. No returns will be accepted or processed unless an RMA is included with the return. Please contact our Customer Support Representative to acquire a RMA number.

All returned goods are subject to inspection for scratches, signs of wear, etc. New and Unused condition means that the item was not used, there are no signs of wear, scratches or marks, the security tag is intact, and all the paper work associated with the item is in the same condition as it was shipped in. We will not accept any items that have any indication of use.

If more then one of the same item is returned 12% restocking fee will be applied per item. Modified, engraved, or resized (even by us) items are not returnable. Shipping expenses and all other fees associated with the purchase are not refundable unless the item was damaged, or a wrong item was delivered. Special orders are not refundable.

All item specifications, along with weight and size are approximate. We aim to provide you with the best possible photos of our jewelry, but size or color difference is possible because of different monitors and computers.

Directions for returns:
˛└Ô Meet all the requirements for the return.
˛└Ô Contact our Customer Support to acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number
˛└Ô Pack the item you are trying to return the same way as when you received it.
˛└Ô For the shipping label, use our address on the invoice, or contact our Customer Support. You should address it to the ˛└▄Returns Department˛└Ţ and include the RMA number on the shipping label.
˛└Ô Items can be shipped by any carrier, however, a tracking number and signature on delivery is required.
˛└Ô Insure the package that you˛└┘re returning. We are not responsible for shipping damage.


Return Process:
Once we accept the item(s) according to the RMA number, the items will be sent to inspection where the items will be checked for scratches, marks, security tags, and paperwork. If everything is accurate, the refund or exchange will be processed in the next few days. We will not accept items that require no signature or are uninsured or packaged improperly.
We are not responsible for the item that is not received by us or does not meet the return requirements.
